Pastoral de CONJUNTO
Esencial para el Plan Pastoral Nacional para el Ministerio Hispano/Latino es la pastoral de conjunto. La pastoral de conjunto es una comunidad en misión, no individuos en misión. La comunidad es la fuerza de la misión. Cuando Jesús envió a sus discípulos de dos en dos, la misión es compartida. Juntos los misioneros representan a Jesús en la Iglesia, la comunidad. Para lograr la pastoral de conjunto se debe invitar a más personas a colaborar en el trabajo. El método del sínodo para una Iglesia sinodal se basó en la formación de la pastoral de conjunto.
- Identificar los ministerios y comunidades que unen a las personas en un contexto local.
- Invitar a la mesa a los líderes y participantes activos de esas comunidades ministeriales, tratándolos como socios corresponsables en el trabajo del proceso sinodal.
- Considerar quién falta. Buscar formas de involucrar a las personas y comunidades desaparecidas.
- Colaborar desde el principio. El ministerio consiste en unirse al esfuerzo en lugar de simplemente ser un observador.
- Respetarse unos a otros. Habrá diferencias de opinión en un grupo. El respeto es esencial para crear un ambiente de colaboración cuando algunos carecen de convicción en el objetivo común.
Hay momentos en que la pastoral de conjunto puede ser menos eficiente que líderes fuertes que muestren el camino, pero la búsqueda conjunta de una meta común crea unidad para el pueblo de Dios. La evangelización en la pastoral de conjunto no sólo enseña acerca de Cristo, sino que une a la iglesia con Cristo.

Pastoral de CONJUNTO
Essential to the National Pastoral Plan for Hispanic/Latino Ministry is the Pastoral de CONJUNTO. The pastoral de conjunto is a community on mission, not individuals on mission. The community is the force of the mission. As Jesus sent his disciples out two by two, the mission is shared. Together the missionaries represent Jesus in the Church, the community. To achieve a pastoral de conjunto, more people must be invited to collaborate in the work. The method of the synod for a Synodal Church was based on the formation of the pastoral de conjunto.
- Identify the ministries and communities that bring people together in a local context.
- Invite the leaders and active participants in those ministerial communities to the table, treating them as co-responsible partners in the work of the synodal process.
- Consider who is missing. Seek ways of involving the missing people and communities.
- Collaborate from the beginning. Ministry is about joining in the effort rather than simply being an observer.
- Respect each other. There will be differences of opinion in a group. Respect is essential for creating an environment of collaboration when some lack conviction in the common goal.
There are times when the pastoral de conjunto may be less efficient than strong leaders showing the way, but the pursuit of the common goal together, creates unity for the people of God. Evangelization in a pastoral de conjunto not only teaches about Christ, but joins the church to Christ.

O Jesus, you call us, “Come after me.” Bless, O Lord, all who welcome your call. The path may not be easy, but we have confidence that all things are possible if we walk with you. May this journey, open our eyes to the wonders of your love for us. We pray for all your people, for all believers and unbelievers, for leaders and followers. We pray for healing, for forgiveness, for compassion, for justice, for peace. We pray that as we follow you, we too can be fishers of men. Bless us on our journey.
